Description
Built for the Job
Carhartt's bib overalls are cut from 12-ounce, firm-hand, 100% ring-spun cotton duck canvas. The dense weave resists tears and abrasion, while triple-stitched main seams and metal rivets at vital stress points reinforce the areas that take the most punishment. Reinforced Cordura back-leg kick panels add extra protection against wear at the lower leg.
Comfort and Function
A quilted nylon lining to the waist makes the overalls easy to pull on and off, and 100% polyester insulation to the waist delivers midweight warmth. Adjustable elastic suspenders and a loose fit accommodate a range of body types and layers. The multi-compartment bib pocket with zip closure, two large front pockets, and two reinforced back pockets keep tools and essentials within reach.
Ready for Customization
The Carhartt label is sewn on the bib pocket, and the generous front panels provide a canvas for embroidery. Your logo can be stitched directly into the fabric, creating a raised, textured mark that holds up to the demands of the job.

Decoration & Imprint
1 method
Your logo is embroidered on the front of the bib overalls, typically on the chest or upper leg panels. Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, creating a raised, textured mark that holds bold shapes and lettering cleanly.
EmbroideryFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $35.00
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
