Description
Built for movement
The Carhartt Rugged Flex Rigby Cargo Pant is made from 8.5-ounce, 98/2 cotton/spandex canvas with Rugged Flex durable stretch technology. This fabric provides ease of movement, so you can crouch and bend without restriction. The pants sit at the waist with a comfortable fit through the seat and thigh, and the straight leg opening fits over boots.
Pockets and durability
Cargo pockets on both legs include secure cell phone storage and a utility pocket. Reinforced back pockets and sewn-on-seam belt loops add strength for heavy hauling. Hidden hook and loop closures keep cargo and back pocket flaps secure.
Branding
Your logo can be embroidered on the pant, with up to 9 colors, creating a raised, textured mark that holds bold shapes and readable lettering cleanly.

Decoration & Imprint
1 method
Your logo is embroidered on the pant, typically on the left or right leg or back pocket. Embroidery uses up to 9 colors and creates a raised, textured mark. For bold logos and lettering, embroidery holds shapes cleanly; avoid hairline lines or very small type.
EmbroideryFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $35.00
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
