This Carhartt backpack is constructed from 500D CORDURA ripstop polyester, a fabric known for its resistance to tears and abrasion. The Rain Defender durable water repellent (DWR) finish helps shed light rain, protecting your gear. A large main compartment with a zippered mesh pocket, a dedicated 15-inch laptop sleeve, and a tablet sleeve keep your essentials organized and accessible.
Comfort and organization
Contour-fit shoulder straps with FastDry sweat-wicking technology and a padded air mesh back panel provide comfort during commutes or travel. The adjustable, hideaway sternum strap and waist belt let you customize the fit. Multiple pockets, including a fleece-lined eyewear compartment and a front zippered organization compartment, offer ample storage. The hook-n-haul system allows for attaching extra gear.
Branding and care
The Carhartt label is sewn on the front bottom, and the front panel offers a clean surface for embroidery. Your logo can be stitched in up to nine colors, creating a raised, textured mark that holds bold shapes and lettering cleanly. For care, spot clean as needed. Note: Bags are not intended for use by children 12 and under.

Four-color-process heat transfer prints your design in CMYK onto a release film, then bonds it to the garment under heat and pressure. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and many-color artwork with continuous-tone fidelity that solid spot inks cannot match. The finished mark reads as a smooth, low-profile layer at the surface; color is built from blended process inks, landing close to brand references rather than as exact spot solids.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
