Description
This throw measures 50" x 60" and is built from 100% micro-chenille polyester, with a cable-knit face backed by 100% polyester plush Sherpa lining. The combination gives the blanket a soft hand on both sides and enough weight to stay put on a couch or chair.
A zippered vinyl pouch is included, so the throw can be stored or carried without picking up dust between uses. The pouch also keeps the blanket contained when it travels to an event or a customer's home.
Your design is appliquéd as layered fabric patches stitched onto the surface, giving the artwork raised dimension with solid fabric color outlined in thread. Bold, high-contrast shapes read best in this method, since each element exists as its own cut fabric piece.

Applique (tackle twill) cuts your design into contrasting fabric shapes and stitches them onto the item, each edge secured in thread so the shape sits slightly proud of the base. Large logos stay soft and flexible, fabric fill replacing the dense thread that makes full embroidery feel stiff. The applied result is tactile and layered: you feel distinct cloth panels and a raised stitched border, with each shape's own fabric carrying the color. Color comes from the fabric and thread themselves, so bold solid shapes stay crisp and saturated, and the stitched edges hold through repeated washing without peeling.
