The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Direct-to-garment printing jets CMYK ink (with a white underbase on dark fabric) straight onto a pre-treated garment, then heat-cures it into the fibers. Color is a full-color process blend that lands close to brand references rather than as exact spot inks, and prints most vividly on cotton and light fabrics.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
