Description
The Burk's Bay Buffed Leather Bomber is a leather jacket built on the classic bomber silhouette, with a buffed top grain hide shell over a nylon lining printed with a map pattern and polyester fiberfill layered between them. Heavy-duty brass hardware runs up the front behind an outside storm flap, and an elasticized leather waistband and snap cuffs close the fit at the hem and wrists.
Storage is spread across the jacket: two large front flapped cargo pockets, two side entry double welt pockets, and an inside breast pocket. An interior access pocket opens the left chest for embroidery, and the back and neck label area is reachable for decorating as well.

Decoration & Imprint

Embroidery lands on the left chest through an interior access pocket, and the back and neck label area is reachable for decorating as well. Embroidery suits logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color is a flat spot color and the raised, textured finish adds value.
EmbroideryFull-color imprint · 1 location included · no setup charge
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
Debossno setup charge
Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
