The Branded Bills EP500 Bare Curved Performance Cap is built from a lightweight 97% polyester and 3% spandex blend. The stretch fabric moves with the wearer, while the sweat-resistant material helps keep the cap dry during activity. Perforated back panels allow airflow to keep the head cool, and the FlexFit® sweatband stretches for a comfortable fit.
Fit and Finish
This six-panel, low-profile cap features a structured crown and pre-curved visor for a classic look. The adjustable self-fabric hook-and-loop closure lets each wearer dial in the fit, making it a versatile choice for teams and staff.

Your logo is embroidered on the front panel of the cap. For bold logos and thick lettering, 3D puff embroidery adds a raised, sculpted relief. Embroidery holds bold shapes and readable lettering cleanly; 3D puff is best for heavyweight designs that stand off the surface.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
