Description
The Bouton® Radar™ I/O is a pair of rimless safety glasses with a polycarbonate lens that absorbs 99.99% of UVA and UVB light. The lens is 2.2 mm thick with a 9 base curve and carries an anti-scratch and anti-fog coating. The eyewear meets ANSI Z87.1+ standards.
Bayonet temples are rubber co-molded for a comfortable fit, and non-slip rubber nose pads provide a secure fit. Materials include polycarbonate and TPR. Each pair includes a microfiber pouch.

Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.

- When the artwork has fine lines, small text or tight detail that must stay sharp on a contoured or uneven surface, such as a pen barrel or a curved drinkware wall. The conforming pad holds crisp edges where flat methods cannot reach.
