Charging and organization
A built-in wireless phone charger powers compatible devices when the padfolio is plugged into a computer, wall charger, or power bank via the included micro USB cable. Your logo can be placed on the front cover of the padfolio. Decoration options include Screen Print for bold spot-color artwork, Badgeworx — Laser-Etched Patch for a dimensional etched look, and Heat Transfer — Full Color for photographic or gradient-rich designs. Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Badgeworx — Laser-Etched Patchone-time setup $100.00
Artwork is laser-etched into a leather or metallic-foil patch, which is then attached to the product with heat and pressure. The decoration reads as a dimensional branded patch — the etched mark is the natural tone of the patch material rather than printed ink, so the look comes from the patch color and texture, not from customer-selected imprint colors.
Heat Transfer — Full Colorone-time setup $100.00 · Full color
Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
