Description
The Big Break Lunch Cooler is built from water-resistant 40C tarpaulin, a rugged material that stands up to daily use and wipes clean with a damp cloth. Inside, a PEVA lining keeps contents contained and is simple to maintain with spot cleaning and air drying.
A zippered main compartment secures your meal, while the front pocket holds utensils, napkins, or a small ice pack. The padded web handle makes it comfortable to carry, even when packed full.

Screen print delivers crisp, opaque spot-color graphics with up to 6 colors, while heat transfer provides a smooth, low-profile mark with up to 4 colors. Choose screen print for bold, solid shapes and clean lettering; heat transfer is best when a flexible, thin layer is preferred.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
