Description
The Bettoni® Sorrento Giftset pairs a tri-fold leatherette journal with a heavy-weight brass twist-action ballpoint pen, making a journal and pen gift set. The cover closes with a gear-shaped metal strap, and the interior holds a 40-page replaceable notepad of blank white 80g sheets along with slip pockets and an elastic pen loop. Because the notepad is replaceable, the cover keeps working long after the first pad is filled.
The pen carries a matte and gloss black finish over an etched barrel and takes a USA-made black ink refill. Both pieces arrive in a soft-touch two-piece black box, so the set is ready to hand over as it ships.

Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.

Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.
