Chelsea Teddy Bear™ Baxter is an 8-inch soft plush bear with embroidered features and a bean-weighted bottom that helps it sit upright. Baxter measures 8 inches head to toe and 6.5 inches sitting, and includes a choice of an RPET T-shirt or an RPET bandana. The T-shirt or bandana is made of 98% post-consumer recycled PET.
