Description
This mortar and pestle set from Totally Bamboo is made from sustainable Moso bamboo. The mortar holds up to 6.75 ounces of ingredients and features high walls to help keep the mashing contained, and the pestle measures 5 inches long with an ergonomic design.
Crushing ingredients by hand releases their flavor rather than cutting them as a food processor does, making the set suited to guacamole, pesto, hummus, salsa, chutney, mustard, aioli and salad dressings.
Hand wash with warm water and soap, then towel dry. Do not wash in the dishwasher or soak in the sink.
