Materials & Construction
This zip pouch is crafted from a 10 oz. blend of 70% recycled cotton and 30% recycled polyester, with a 350 GSM weight. The recycled polyester (rPET) is obtained by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources to create new polyester fiber. The zipper and label are not rPET. The pouch measures 8.25 inches wide by 5 inches high by 2.25 inches deep, offering a compact yet spacious main compartment.

Your logo can be placed on the front face of the pouch. For embroidery, your design is stitched directly into the fabric, creating a raised, textured mark. Screen printing applies ink through a mesh stencil for crisp, opaque color. Heat transfer bonds a smooth, thin film to the surface. Choose the method that best suits your artwork: embroidery for bold shapes, screen print for solid colors, or heat transfer for a low-profile finish.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
