Description
The Recycled Cotton Shopper Tote is a gusseted tote made from 70% recycled cotton and 30% recycled polyester, 9 oz. It measures 20.47" D x 6.3" W x 15.75" H and has a 29.53" shoulder strap. An interior 7" x 5" zippered pocket keeps smaller items secure, and the tote is PVC free.
A QR code located inside the tote provides access to a virtual ID and product passport that tracks and validates the recycled textile composition of the material. Due to the nature of the recycled material content, the finished material can have subtle color variances.

The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
