Description
This tote bag is constructed from a 14 oz. blend of 70% recycled cotton and 30% recycled polyester, giving it a substantial 500 GSM weight. The recycled polyester component is made by melting down existing plastic bottles and other post-consumer materials, reducing waste while maintaining a sturdy, everyday carryall.
The Aware™ exterior features the world’s first hybrid traceability technology, combining a physical tracer with a public blockchain. A QR code inside the bag links to a virtual ID and product passport, offering indisputable validation of the textile’s journey from origin to consumer.
A large open main compartment and two front slip pockets keep essentials organized, while the 26 ¾" handles allow comfortable over-the-shoulder carry. Spot clean and air dry to maintain the bag’s appearance.

Embroidery creates a raised, textured mark with up to 9 thread colors; screen print delivers crisp, opaque ink coverage in up to 6 colors; and heat transfer bonds a smooth, flexible film in up to 4 spot colors. Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
