Description
This five-panel, low-profile cap is made from a blend of 70% recycled cotton and 30% recycled polyester at 285 GSM, using post-consumer recycled materials. It has a cotton canvas look and feel, a structured crown, a pre-curved visor, and an adjustable leatherette backstrap with buckle closure. The backstrap, label and buckle closure are not rPET.
The AWARE™ exterior uses hybrid traceability technology — a physical tracer and a public blockchain — to track and validate textile impact from origin to consumer. A QR code located inside the product provides access to the AWARE™ Virtual ID and product passport.

Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
