Sustainable Materials
This cap is crafted from a blend of 70% recycled cotton and 30% recycled polyester, with the rPET derived from melted-down plastic bottles. The 285 GSM fabric provides a substantial, structured feel with a cotton canvas look. The backstrap, label, and buckle closure are not made from rPET.
Design and Fit
The 5-panel, low-profile design features a structured crown and pre-curved visor. An adjustable leatherette backstrap with buckle closure ensures a customizable fit for most wearers.
Traceability
The AWARE™ exterior uses hybrid traceability technology, combining a physical tracer with public blockchain to track and validate textile impact. A QR code inside the cap provides access to the AWARE™ Virtual ID and Product Passport.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
