This cap is crafted from a blend of 70% recycled cotton and 30% recycled polyester, with the rPET derived from melted-down plastic bottles. The 285 GSM fabric gives it a substantial, structured feel, while the five-panel design and pre-curved visor offer a classic, medium-profile look.
Traceability & Fit
The AWARE™ exterior uses hybrid physical tracer and public blockchain technology to track and validate textile impact from origin to consumer. A QR code inside the cap provides access to the AWARE™ Virtual ID and Product Passport. The mesh back and adjustable plastic snap tab closure ensure a comfortable, customizable fit.

Your logo is placed on the front panel of the cap. For heat transfer, spot-color artwork is heat-bonded to the fabric as a smooth, thin layer that flexes with the material. Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, creating a raised, textured mark. Choose heat transfer for flat, even color coverage, or embroidery for a dimensional, stitched finish.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
