This five-panel cap is made with a combination of 70% recycled cotton and 30% recycled polyester at 285 GSM. The 100% polyester mesh back, label and plastic snap tab closure are not rPET. It has a medium profile with a structured crown, pre-curved visor and adjustable snap tab closure.
The cap features AWARE™ traceability technology. Scan the QR code located inside the product to access the AWARE™ Virtual ID and product passport.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
