Description
A rectangle 12-can lunch cooler bag made of 300D nylon with PVC backing, 600D polyester with PVC backing, padded EPE foam and an aluminum foil lining. The large zippered main compartment includes an interior mesh pocket, and there is also a front zipper pocket (approx. 6.5 in W x 10.375 in H) and a side mesh pocket (approx. 4 in W x 6.875 in H).
A carry handle with buckle (approx. 10.375 in L x 1.25 in W) makes the bag easy to carry. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth. Recommended weight tolerance: 22 lbs.

Spot-color heat transfer prints each color of your design as its own premixed solid ink onto a film, then bonds it to the fabric under heat and pressure. Because every color goes down as one solid ink rather than a blend, edges stay crisp and fills stay even across the mark. The applied result is a smooth, thin bonded layer that flexes with the garment.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
