The Aurora™ Eco-Nation Mini is a 5-inch plush animal made entirely from 100% recycled materials, inside and out. The soft body is crafted from recycled PET, and the included bandana is 98% post-consumer recycled PET. Embroidered eyes and features give each animal a polished, finished look.

Your logo is screen printed onto the included RPET bandana, which sits around the plush's neck. Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh stencil for crisp, opaque color that sits on the fabric surface. For bold spot-color artwork and simple lettering, screen printing delivers clean edges and strong coverage.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
