The Astoria Backpack is built from 600D polyester, a dense, durable fabric that stands up to daily wear while keeping the bag lightweight at just over half a pound. A zippered main compartment opens wide for easy packing, and the front zippered pocket keeps small essentials accessible. The side mesh pocket holds a water bottle, and the padded, adjustable shoulder straps make it comfortable to carry whether it’s fully loaded or lightly packed.
Because the front, main body, and side panel all offer clean, flat surfaces, your logo can be placed prominently on the bag. Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Domed Decal (also doming or 3D resin label): a full-color printed adhesive label finished with a clear polyurethane resin that cures into a raised dome over the artwork. The result is a lens-like gloss surface with real physical depth — saturated color sealed against scratches, moisture, and UV fading. Color renders as a full-color process blend that comes close to brand-color references but does not match exact spot inks.
