Description
This award-winning collection brings together four hand-selected, hand-cut Wisconsin cheeses: Red Rock Cellar Aged Cheddar, Pleasant Ridge Reserve, Marieke® Smoked Gouda and Hook's Five-Year Aged Cheddar, each 7 oz.
The cheeses are packaged on a live-edge Acacia wood cutting and serving board measuring 15" x 11.75". The wood is farmed with environmentally-friendly forestry practices, and a natural oil finish beautifies and protects it. Both sides of the board are suitable for slicing or serving.
Because of the limited availability of these rare cheeses, it may be necessary to substitute another award-winning cheese.

Firebranding presses a heated magnesium die against the wood at momentary contact, scorching a permanent impression into the surface. The result is a warm natural-brown mark with a faintly recessed, burned-in feel; the exact tone shifts with the grain so each piece reads genuinely branded rather than printed. Bold logo shapes and clean lettering render far better than fine lines or gradients.
