This drawstring bag is crafted from a combination of 230D rPET and twill polyester with a PU backing and polyester webbing. The rPET fiber is made by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources, giving new life to post-consumer waste. Note that the backing, straps, trims, and label are not rPET.
Practical Design
The bag features a drawstring closure and adjustable shoulder straps for a comfortable fit. A front zippered pocket provides secure storage for smaller items. Spot clean and air dry to maintain its appearance.

For bold spot-color artwork, screen printing offers strong opaque coverage; for a smooth, low-profile mark that flexes with the material, heat transfer is a suitable choice.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
