Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Laser Patchone-time setup $110.00
Laser patch (laser leatherette patch) uses precision laser engraving to burn away the surface layer of a synthetic leather patch, exposing a contrasting tone beneath — no ink or added color involved. The finished patch is sewn or affixed to the item. The result is a slightly recessed, two-tone etch you can feel, with a rugged finish that resists washing, sun, and outdoor wear. Crisp edges and bold marks resolve cleanly; very fine lines and smooth gradients lose definition.
