Sustainable Material
The Jaclyn 20 oz. bottle is made from recycled polyester (rPET), which is created by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources to form new polyester fiber. This gives the bottle a responsible start while keeping it lightweight at 0.38 lb.
Practical Design
A screw-on, spill-resistant lid with PP and stainless steel components helps keep contents secure, while the wide mouth opening makes filling and cleaning easy. The attached wrist strap adds convenience for carrying.
Branding and Care
Your logo can be screen printed directly onto the bottle surface, producing crisp, opaque artwork. Hand washing is recommended to maintain the bottle's appearance over time.

Your logo is screen printed onto the front face of the bottle, with ink pushed through a mesh stencil for crisp, opaque color. For best results, use bold spot-color artwork with clean edges.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
