Description

A Mug with Character

The Richmond Reactive Glaze Ceramic Mug brings a bold, artisanal look to your daily coffee or tea. Its glossy ceramic body features a reactive glaze that creates unique color variations, so every mug has its own personality. The 16 oz. capacity is generous for a full serving, and the mug's dimensions—3 7/8" high, 5 3/8" wide, and 4" deep—make it comfortable to hold and easy to store.

Built for Everyday Use

Designed for convenience, this mug is microwave safe for quick reheating and FDA compliant for safe food contact. Hand washing is recommended to keep the glaze looking its best over time. Whether for a breakroom or a client gift, this mug is a practical choice that adds a touch of style to any desk or kitchen.

Customization Options

Make it yours with screen printing or laser engraving. Screen printing delivers bold, opaque colors for logos and text, while laser etching creates a permanent, recessed mark in the mug's own tone. Both methods ensure your brand stands out clearly on the mug's surface.

Decoration & Imprint

2 methods

Your logo can be placed on the front face of the mug. Screen printing applies crisp, opaque colors directly onto the ceramic surface, while laser etching creates a permanent, recessed mark in the mug's own tone. For bold spot-color artwork, screen printing is ideal; for fine line work or a subtle, permanent mark, laser etching is the better choice.

Screen PrintPMSFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $55.00

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.

From our decoration and product guides

What does a screen-printed logo look like on a promotional product?
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, one pass per color. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, so the mark is flat, opaque and consistent across the run, with crisp edges that sit on top of the material. On heavy coverage you can feel a slight raised texture where the ink builds up, and the cured ink holds up to repeated handling and washing. More about Screen Print →
Which artwork works best for screen printing?
Bold spot-color shapes, blocks of solid color and simple lettering, where you want strong, opaque coverage that reads clearly. Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. For gradient or photographic artwork choose a full-color process method instead. More about Screen Print →
Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number. Where a product offers it, Pantone matching is an option for an additional charge per color; without it the printer uses the closest standard stock ink color. More about Screen Print →
