The Garyline® Zip Pouch First Aid Kit is a compact, zippered pouch made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester. Its small footprint—4.75 by 3.25 by 0.75 inches—lets it slip into a purse, backpack, desk drawer, or glove compartment, so it's always within reach. An attached clip adds another carry option, hooking onto a bag or belt loop.

Inside, the kit organizes six adhesive bandages, five junior bandages, one extra-large bandage, one triple-antibiotic ointment packet, two antiseptic towelettes, two moist towelettes, and a first aid guide. Everything stays neatly in place, so items are easy to find in a hurry.

Your logo is screen printed on the front face of the zip pouch, with ink applied directly to the RPET surface for a crisp, opaque finish. For multi-color artwork, screen printing handles bold spot colors and simple lettering with clean edges.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
