These coins are die cast from zinc alloy, a material that captures sharp detail and stands up to handling. The 2-inch diameter and 0.1378-inch thickness give them a solid, substantial feel. Available finishes include bronze-copper, nickel-silver, antique brass, antique bronze-copper, antiqued silver, and black nickel-gunmetal.
Customization
Your logo can be die cast on the front or back of the coin, with up to four colors on one side. The die cast process creates a permanent, recessed imprint that resists wear. Each coin comes in an individual poly bag, ready for distribution.

Your logo is die cast into the front or back face of the coin, creating a recessed, permanent imprint. With up to four colors on one side, the die cast method suits designs with distinct color regions and clean outlines.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Enamel fill starts from a die-struck metal surface: your design is stamped so its lines stand as raised metal walls, and the recessed cells between them are filled with colored enamel. Each color sits in its own metal-bound cell, giving the jewelry-like look of a classic lapel pin. The polished metal outlines are part of the design.
