This zinc die cast coin measures 1-1/2" in diameter and features a die-cast front and back, providing two surfaces for your branding. Your design is applied to the front or back of the coin using screen printing or enamel fill. Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh stencil for crisp, opaque color artwork, while enamel fill floods colored enamel into recessed areas with polished raised edges outlining each color.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Enamel fill starts from a die-struck metal surface: your design is stamped so its lines stand as raised metal walls, and the recessed cells between them are filled with colored enamel. Each color sits in its own metal-bound cell, giving the jewelry-like look of a classic lapel pin. The polished metal outlines are part of the design.
