Description
The Zenith RABS Pen combines a professional look with recycled materials. Its barrel is molded from 65% post-consumer recycled ABS, giving discarded plastic a second life while maintaining a shiny, upscale finish. Chrome accents on the clip and tip add a polished touch.
A plunger-action mechanism extends and retracts the 1 mm medium ballpoint tip with a satisfying click. The tungsten carbide ball delivers smooth black ink lines and stands up to daily writing tasks. Screen printing applies your logo in up to six opaque colors, producing crisp edges on bold artwork and simple lettering.

Your artwork is screen printed onto the barrel of the pen. Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh stencil, leaving crisp, opaque color artwork that sits right on top of the material. It is best for bold spot-color artwork, solid shapes, and simple lettering needing strong opaque coverage and clean edges.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
