Materials and Construction
This backpack is built from a combination of 900D rPET and vinyl, lined with 210D polyester. The rPET is made from post-consumer recycled materials, created by melting down existing plastic bottles and other sources into new polyester fiber. Note that zippers, handle, inner binding, buckle, and padding are not rPET. The padded adjustable shoulder straps and web carrying handle provide comfort during daily use.

The double zippered main compartment, back zippered pocket, and front zippered pocket offer ample storage. Interior pockets and compartments help keep items organized, while the padded laptop compartment fits devices up to 15.6 inches. Your logo is screen printed onto the front pocket of the backpack. Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh stencil, leaving crisp, opaque color artwork that sits on the material's surface. For best results, use bold spot-color artwork with clean edges.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
