The XtremeDry® Breathable Rainpant is made with an exclusive Pongee Twill fabric that is both strong and supple. Fully taped seams and a waterproof, breathable membrane keep you dry without trapping heat, while the full mesh lining adds comfort during extended wear.

Your logo can be placed on the front or back of the rainpant. Screen printing applies crisp, opaque ink directly onto the fabric, while embroidery adds a raised, textured stitch for a dimensional look.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
