Description
This Class 2 safety vest is made from ANSI 107-2015 compliant yellow polyester mesh, designed to keep workers visible in low-light and high-traffic environments. The 2" reflective striping and bright yellow fabric work together to meet Type R Class 2 visibility standards.
The vest features elastic straps and a hook-and-loop closure for a secure, adjustable fit across a range of body types. A single internal pocket offers convenient storage for small essentials, while the lightweight mesh construction keeps the vest breathable during long shifts.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
