Description
The Xtreme Visibility HiVis Class 3 Sweatshirt is built for work that puts people near traffic and moving equipment. Its yellow body carries 3M Scotchlite™ reflective material, which returns light toward its source so the wearer reads clearly against a dark background. The garment is ANSI 107-2015 Class 3 compliant, the standard's highest visibility class.
The body is an all-polyester fleece engineered to resist pilling, so the surface stays smooth through repeated laundering and wear. Premium knit trim, a YKK® zipper, and a hi-tech cord closure at the neck finish the garment as a piece of workwear rather than a casual layer.
Screen print in dark colors lays crisp, opaque artwork on top of the fabric, while heat transfer bonds a smooth, thin layer that flexes with the material. Both methods put your mark on the garment while the reflective and fluorescent elements keep doing their job.

Your mark is screen printed in dark colors or heat transferred onto the front of the sweatshirt. Screen print suits bold spot-color artwork and solid lettering, while heat transfer gives a smooth, low-profile mark that flexes with the fleece.
Screen Print — Dark Colors1 color/location included · one-time setup $30.00 · Up to 8 colors
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transferone-time setup $75.00 · Up to 1 color
Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does a screen-printed logo look like on a promotional product?
- Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, one pass per color. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, so the mark is flat, opaque and consistent across the run, with crisp edges that sit on top of the material. On heavy coverage you can feel a slight raised texture where the ink builds up, and the cured ink holds up to repeated handling and washing. More about Screen Print →
- Which artwork works best for screen printing?
- Bold spot-color shapes, blocks of solid color and simple lettering, where you want strong, opaque coverage that reads clearly. Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. For gradient or photographic artwork choose a full-color process method instead. More about Screen Print →
- Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number. Where a product offers it, Pantone matching is an option for an additional charge per color; without it the printer uses the closest standard stock ink color. More about Screen Print →
