Description
The Xtreme-Flex™ Soft Shell No Hood Jacket is built from polyester soft shell material, carefully engineered to be highly water resistant, windproof, and breathable. It provides warmth without the weight or bulk, allowing exceptional breathability while keeping wind and moisture out.
3M Scotchlite™ Reflective Material Comfort Trim is used for Xtreme Visibility, and the jacket is ANSI 107-2015 compliant. The zipper closure and no-hood design keep the profile clean and functional for active wear.

Your logo is screen printed on the jacket using Screen Print – Dark Colors, which pushes ink through a mesh stencil onto the surface for crisp, opaque color artwork that sits right on top of the material.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
