Description
This woven patch is built on a tight polyester weave that gives the surface a smooth, flat texture. The 3.5-inch square or diameter size works for uniform accents, club emblems, and fashion statements without overwhelming the garment.
Screen printing lays down up to 6 colors of opaque ink directly on the patch face, so solid shapes and simple lettering stay crisp. The patch is made to order, and a range of attachment options lets you match the backing to the end use.

Your artwork is screen printed on the front of the patch, with ink pushed through a mesh stencil to create crisp, opaque color that sits directly on the woven surface.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
