This woven patch offers a flat, tightly woven polyester surface that holds crisp detail and smooth color. The 2.5" square size works well for uniform accents, team identifiers, or fashion statements.
Screen printing applies your artwork directly to the patch face in up to 6 colors, producing opaque, clean-edged graphics that remain legible at a distance.

Your design is screen printed on the front of the patch. Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh stencil to create crisp, opaque color artwork that sits on top of the polyester surface.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
