Description
The WORK® Outdoor Backpack is built for days that move between a desk and a trailhead. A deep main section holds a tablet compartment and a 15.6" laptop or hydration pack compartment, while the top cinch closure and buckled hood flap with zippered pocket keep the load contained. Ripstop polyester and 420D polyester dobby form the shell over a 210D polyester lining.
Carry details are arranged for long stretches on foot: a padded back, adjustable air mesh backpack straps, and a chest strap, plus a top carry handle and a padded front grab handle. Outside, a zippered front compartment, two zippered side pockets, bottom blanket and towel straps, and daisy chain accessory loops keep gear separated and reachable.
A portion of all proceeds is donated to Shelter to Soldier™, a nonprofit that rescues dogs to train as service animals for veterans in need.

Your artwork is placed on the front panel of the backpack. Screen printing lays crisp, opaque spot-color ink on the surface, embroidery stitches a raised, textured mark into the fabric, full-color heat transfer reproduces photographic and gradient artwork on a bonded layer, and the Badgeworx laser-etched patch applies a leather or foil patch with no selectable ink color. Choose screen printing or embroidery for bold solid shapes and simple lettering, and full-color heat transfer when the artwork carries gradients or fine detail.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
Badgeworx — Laser-Etched Patchone-time setup $100.00
Artwork is laser-etched into a leather or metallic-foil patch, which is then attached to the product with heat and pressure. The decoration reads as a dimensional branded patch — the etched mark is the natural tone of the patch material rather than printed ink, so the look comes from the patch color and texture, not from customer-selected imprint colors.
