Description
Built for Safety and Comfort
The Whistler™ Ratchet Hi-Vis Hard Hat is engineered for demanding work environments. Its lightweight, UV-stabilized HDPE shell meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type 1 and CSA Z94.1 Type 1 requirements, and it fulfills Class E electrical insulation standards. The 4-point quick-release suspension with textile straps and a crown comfort pad provides a secure, comfortable fit, while the Sure Lock wheel adjustment allows for one-hand size changes and precise height settings.
Designed for the Job Site
A low nape strap keeps the hat in place when bending or looking down, and the non-chaffing, replaceable foam sweatband absorbs moisture. The shell includes a rain trough for wet conditions, and universal accessory slots accommodate eye, face, and hearing protection. Made in Canada, this hard hat is a reliable choice for daily use.
Customization
Your logo can be pad printed on the front of the hat, a method that holds fine lines and small text with crisp edges on curved surfaces. This ensures your branding stays sharp and professional.

Decoration & Imprint
1 method
Your imprint is placed on the front of the hard hat. Pad print is the supported method, ideal for fine lines and small text on curved surfaces.
Pad Print1 color/location included · one-time setup $60.00 · Up to 2 colors
Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.

From our decoration and product guides
- What is pad printing and what does it look like?
- Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, so the pad flexes into curves, angles and recessed areas that a flat application cannot follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges. Each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid that holds evenly on contoured or darker surfaces, and the cured ink resists everyday wear. More about Pad Printed →
- When should I choose pad printing over screen printing?
- When the artwork has fine lines, small text or tight detail that must stay sharp on a contoured or uneven surface, such as a pen barrel or a curved drinkware wall. The conforming pad holds crisp edges where flat methods cannot reach. Pad printing suits fine detail better than flooding large areas, so for broad solid fills, photographs or gradients look at screen printing or a full-color process instead. More about Pad Printed →
- Where are your products made?
- The Origin row in each product's Specifications states where the item is manufactured: it reads Made in a named country for US, Canadian, UK, Swiss and European origins, and Imported, decorated in USA when the blank comes from elsewhere and is decorated domestically. Products manufactured in the United States are also collected in the USA Made category. More about USA-made products →
