Description
The Starline Whistler Ratchet Hi-Vis Hard Hat is a hard hat with a lightweight shell made with UV stabilized High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) that helps reduce worker fatigue. It meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type 1 and CSA Z94.1 Type 1 requirements and fulfills Class E Electrical Insulation requirements. The shell has a rain trough for extra convenience in adverse weather conditions, and the hard hat is made in Canada.
The 4-point quick release suspension uses strong textile straps and a crown comfort pad, paired with a wheel adjustment system for one-hand size adjustments and precise height adjustment settings. A low nape strap helps keep the hard hat in place when workers are looking down or bending over, and the non-chaffing foam sweatband is replaceable for maximum sweat absorption. The conforming pad holds crisp edges where flat methods cannot reach.
