Description
The Whistler™ Pin Lock Hi-Vis Hard Hat is built for job sites where visibility and protection go together. Its lightweight shell is made with UV-stabilized High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), a material choice that helps reduce worker fatigue over a long shift. The shell also has a rain trough for extra convenience in adverse weather conditions.
Inside, a 4-point quick-release suspension with strong textile straps and a crown comfort pad provides a comfortable and secure fit. The pin-lock adjustment system has easy-to-read hat sizing marks and precise height adjustment settings to ensure proper depth. A low nape strap helps the hard hat stay on your head even when workers are looking down or bending over, and a non-chaffing, replaceable foam sweatband handles sweat absorption.
The hat meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type 1 and CSA Z94.1 Type 1 requirements and fulfills Class E Electrical Insulation requirements. Universal accessory slots accommodate a variety of eye, face and hearing protection products, and the hat is made in Canada. Your logo is pad printed on the front.

The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.

- When the artwork has fine lines, small text or tight detail that must stay sharp on a contoured or uneven surface, such as a pen barrel or a curved drinkware wall. The conforming pad holds crisp edges where flat methods cannot reach.
