Description
The Classic SD packs seven functions into a stainless steel body measuring 0.7 by 2.3 by 0.4 inches: a small blade, scissors, a nail file, a 2.5 mm screwdriver, tweezers, a toothpick, and a key ring. Stainless steel resists rust and corrosion, so the tools stay clean through repeated handling.
The blue handle gives your artwork a defined surface for pad printing, laser etching, or digital printing. Pad print lays down a thin, opaque ink layer that conforms to the handle's curve, laser etching cuts a permanent recessed mark in the material's own tone, and digital print reproduces full-color artwork in a single pass.

Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.

Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.

Haptic (3D) printing is ordinary full-color digital printing enhanced with a transparent lacquer applied selectively over the artwork, building up a raised, touchable relief. Color reproduction is the full-color digital process underneath, so multi-color and detailed artwork renders normally, while the clear haptic layer adds dimension without contributing color of its own.

Digital printing sends artwork straight from file to the item — no plates or per-color screens — laying all colors down in a single pass. It carries photographs, gradients, drop shadows, and dense multi-color artwork at high resolution, reading as a flat image on the surface. A specific brand color is rendered as a close full-color process simulation rather than an exact spot ink, and on colored items the substrate shifts the appearance.
