Description
This 16" x 24" golf towel is woven from yarn-dyed ring spun cotton in a loop jacquard velour construction. The yarn-dyed process sets color into the thread itself, so the towel's face reads as solid woven color rather than a printed surface, and the loop pile gives it the texture to wipe clubs and golf balls clean through a round.
A hook and grommet sit at the corner, so the towel hangs from a golf bag instead of being tucked away. Your artwork is woven directly into the loops as a Woven Patch emblem — a flat, low-profile fabric emblem with solid woven color and crisp, sharp-edged detail that holds fine lines and small lettering.
Each towel is made in the USA and runs 3.6 lbs. per dozen, which keeps a tournament or outing order easy to pack, carry and distribute.

A woven patch is a fabric emblem formed by weaving fine dyed threads together to build the design, then finishing it with a sewn or heat-bonded border. Threads lie flat and tight — no raised pile — giving a smooth, low-profile surface. Color reads as solid fields of dyed thread woven directly into the cloth, with crisp, hard edges between tones. The finished patch has a structured, durable feel and sits as a distinct bordered emblem.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
