The Vasily rALU Pen combines mindful materials with a refined writing experience. Its barrel is crafted from 100% post-consumer recycled aluminum, making up 42.5% of the overall product, while the soft-touch finish and chrome accents add a sophisticated look and feel. A textured grip and domed plunger provide comfortable, precise control.
Inside, a tungsten carbide ball and 1mm medium black ink deliver smooth, consistent lines on the page. The plunger-action mechanism offers quick, one-handed deployment, making it a practical choice for everyday use.

Your mark is laser etched into the barrel for a permanent, recessed imprint in the material's own tone, or screen printed directly onto the surface in up to 6 colors for crisp, opaque artwork. Laser engraving is best for single-tone logos, fine line work, and small text where a dimensional mark matters more than color; screen printing suits bold spot-color artwork, solid shapes, and simple lettering needing strong opaque coverage.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
