Description
The Varsity School Kit is a 7 1/4" x 10 1/2" zippered pouch made of polyester, with reinforced metal holes sized to fit most standard 3-ring binders. Inside sit two blank white round pencils, a blank white stick pen, a jumbo eraser, a 6" wooden ruler and a pencil sharpener, so the kit arrives ready to use.
The pouch body is polyester, which wipes clean between uses, and the whole kit weighs 0.15 lbs, so it adds little weight to a backpack or binder. The construction adheres to CPSIA guidelines and marking requirements.
Your artwork is screen printed onto the pouch front, where ink sits on top of the material for crisp, opaque color. The kit is available in Black, Lime, Red and Royal Blue.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
