Your logo is imprinted on the front cover of the folder. Screen printing applies crisp, opaque ink directly onto the vinyl, while foil stamping presses a reflective metallic mark into the surface. Choose screen printing for bold spot-color artwork or foil stamping for a mirror-bright finish.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Foil stamping (hot stamping) presses a thin metallic foil onto the surface with a heated metal die, bonding it where the die makes contact and leaving a shallow pressed-in impression. The mark reads as a single reflective metallic tone: it throws light at some angles and darkens to an outline of itself at others, giving the logo depth against the base. Solid shapes and bold lettering hold cleanly; very fine lines and small text can soften as the foil seats under pressure.
