The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.

- Pricing falls with quantity: 1,000–2,499 pieces $0.70 each, 2,500–4,999 pieces $0.67 each, 5,000–9,999 pieces $0.65 each, 10,000–20,000 pieces $0.62 each. Prices are per unit, imprint included — one-time setup charged separately.
- Is there a setup charge?
- Yes — a one-time setup charge of $60.00 per order. The imprint itself is included in the unit price.
- How long does production take?
- Production typically takes approximately 5 business days after proof approval; a free digital proof is e-mailed within 24 hours of receiving artwork.

The conforming pad holds crisp edges where flat methods cannot reach.
