The Urban Peak® CB161 Picnic Kit combines a cozy fleece blanket with a rugged waterproof cooler, creating a ready-to-go set for outdoor meals and events. The blanket is made from 100% polyester fleece, providing a soft, warm surface for seating or wrapping up when temperatures drop. The cooler is built from matte 55C PVC Mesh Tarpaulin with a 38C PVC lining and 10mm foam insulation, delivering waterproof durability and reliable cold retention.

Your artwork is applied to the front pocket of the cooler. Heat Transfer — Full Color delivers photographic, multi-color artwork with smooth gradients on a thin bonded surface layer. Pad Print lays down a thin, flat layer of opaque spot-color ink that conforms to curved surfaces with crisp edges. Laser etches a permanent, recessed mark in the material's own tone. For the best result, match your artwork to the method: full-color and gradient-rich designs suit heat transfer, fine lines and small text excel with pad print, and single-tone logos work well with laser.

Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.

Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.

Laser patch (laser leatherette patch) uses precision laser engraving to burn away the surface layer of a synthetic leather patch, exposing a contrasting tone beneath — no ink or added color involved. The finished patch is sewn or affixed to the item. The result is a slightly recessed, two-tone etch you can feel, with a rugged finish that resists washing, sun, and outdoor wear. Crisp edges and bold marks resolve cleanly; very fine lines and smooth gradients lose definition.
