The Urban Peak® FrostBuddy® Black Duo Gift Set combines two FrostBuddy® Universal Buddy 2.0 can coolers with a rugged Urban Peak® waterproof 24-can hinge cooler bag. Each cooler features double-wall, vacuum-insulated stainless steel that keeps contents cold for over 12 hours, and the universal design fits more than 500 different 12oz and 16oz cans and bottles. The cooler bag is built from waterproof 55C PVC mesh tarpaulin, ready for outdoor use.
The cooler bag’s top front panel provides a clean, flat surface for your brand. Screen printing delivers bold, opaque spot-color artwork; full-color heat transfer handles photographic detail and smooth gradients; and laser etching creates a permanent, recessed mark in the material’s own tone.

Your mark is placed on the top front of the cooler bag. Screen Print, Heat Transfer — Full Color, and Laser are available. Screen printing suits bold spot-color artwork; full-color heat transfer is ideal for photographic, gradient-rich designs; and laser etching provides a permanent, recessed mark without added color.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
Laserone-time setup $60.00
Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.

Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. - Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
