Description
The Urban Peak® 20 oz Java Trail Vacuum Tumbler is built from 18-8 dual-wall stainless steel with a copper-lined deep draw liner. Vacuum insulation provides optimum heat retention at least 8X longer, and the lead-free vacuum seal keeps contents secure.
A spill-proof flip-top AS plastic lid features a unique Tritan snap-locking closure, while the non-slip textured silicone hand grip adds control. The powder-coated finish resists wear and keeps the tumbler looking sharp through daily use.
The tumbler measures 8.75 inches tall and 3.25 inches in diameter, weighing 0.88 pounds. It is packaged in a drawstring pouch and should be hand washed only.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
