Your logo is pad printed on the barrel opposite the clip, a placement that keeps the imprint visible while the pen is in use. Pad printing applies a thin, opaque ink layer that conforms to the curved surface, holding fine lines and small text with crisp edges. For full-color artwork, heat transfer is also available, laying down photographic detail and smooth gradients on a bonded surface layer.

Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.
TruColor - Pensno setup charge · Full color
Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
